Who we are

DoneFast is developed and published by Asprotunity Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom, company number 05350979 ("Asprotunity", "we", "us"). These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Asprotunity.

Licence to use the app

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Asprotunity grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use DoneFast on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicence the app to any third party
• Use the app to develop a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the app

Purchases and subscriptions

DoneFast may offer one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All transactions are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms and payment policies — Asprotunity does not handle payment details directly.

Subscription prices and available plans are shown in the app and the relevant store listing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Asprotunity does not issue refunds directly.

Your content

All tasks, projects, and other data you create in DoneFast are stored locally on your device and remain yours. Asprotunity does not access, collect, or claim any rights over your content. If you delete the app or its data, your content is removed from your device and cannot be recovered by Asprotunity.

If you enable optional sync, your data is transferred directly between your devices via the sync provider you choose (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or a server you operate). Asprotunity does not have access to synced data.

Intellectual property

DoneFast and all related software, design, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Asprotunity Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in Asprotunity's intellectual property beyond the limited licence described above.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DoneFast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Disclaimer of warranties

DoneFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Asprotunity does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asprotunity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of DoneFast, even if Asprotunity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Asprotunity's total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these terms terminate automatically if you breach any of them. Asprotunity may also terminate or suspend access to the app at any time for any reason. On termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

Asprotunity may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the app or the App Store release notes. Continued use of DoneFast after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
